Grupo Marta’s Service Centers

Grupo Marta’s management is organized in service centers that allow the company to offer personalized support and field expertise. Owners have the ability to contract each center individually and, in return, the contracted unit develops a customized budget and strategy for the development or management project. An added benefit to contracting Grupo Marta’s services is the cost efficiencies that come from the establishment of joint programs within its members and various vendors.

Human Resources

The Human Resources Center focuses its work around four core roles: human resources strategy, change management, employee relationships, and pure human resources functions.  Additionally, we are the Costa Rica representatives to PDA International, offering Personal Development Analysis, behavioral assessments and online aptitude tests that aid companies in recluting, retaining, and developing talent.
